HOW I COACH stand up PADDLE BOARDING

As a Paddle UK qualified UP Coach and Leader, I have taught around a thousand people to paddle, and each session is always tailored to meet your goals. My coaching philosophy is centred around my personal values and I aim to create a positive and caring environment in my coaching.

Things like personal experiences, injuries, fears, learning styles, and fitness can all affect how we paddle, and I believe there is no 'one size fits all' approach. I pride myself on being creative and adapting to find a way that feels good for you.

There's no such thing as a stupid question, and often we don't know what we don't know when it comes to paddleboarding. Knowledge is empowering and I believe I can help make your time on the water more enjoyable, and open your eyes to the freedom that paddleboarding can give.

BECKY

Jo really put me at ease from the moment we met and I didn't want my lesson to end.
Her passion for the sport shines through and she does everything possible to ensure that you will love the SUP experience as much as she does.
